Benelli Week 2021, the party for the 110 years of the Leoncino
The house of the Leoncino completes 110 years: to open the celebrations is the new Benelli logo, fruit of the creativity of the "Benelli Style Center", through which the Benelli designers wanted to represent the indissoluble union between tradition and innovation, that come to life in Leo, always a distinctive element of the brand.
The new logo represents the solid union between past and present, enclosed in what is one of the most identifying iconographic elements of Benelli: the lion. A symbol that stands proud also in this logo, projecting its gaze towards the future. To complete the picture, the inevitable celebratory dates, that of birth of the House of Pesaro and the year in which the 110 years.
Benelli Week has just ended 2021, event organized by the Benelli Historical Register, Moto Club Benelli and Benelli QJ.
The event, For years now it has become a must for many fans of the Pesaro brand, in seven days it saw the participation of thousands of motorcyclists from all over the world.
A large family that wanted to reunite again in Pesaro, especially yesterday, day in which in the splendid setting of Villa Caprile, the celebrations for the 110th anniversary of the birth of the Pesaro motorcycle manufacturer were held
Paolo Marchinelli opened the ceremony, president of the Benelli Historical Register who retraced the stages of the legendary history of the House of the Lion and then passed the word to the CEO of Benelli QJ, Yan Haimei: "We are really proud to celebrate this extraordinary event together with all the fans and those who have made the history of this brand - he said -. This is a unique heritage: Benelli was born in Pesaro in 1911 and this is where its roots still lie. I would like to thank all the Benelli workers, the institutions that have always been by our side and all the fans ".
The CEO of Benelli QJ then honored the Municipality of Pesaro with a plaque, the Marche Region, the Benelli family and the descendants of the six Benelli brothers who in 1911 they founded the company, the Historical Register and the Benelli Motoclub, with their respective presidents, Paolo Marchinelli and Paolo Fontana.

At the end of the celebrations, the legendary "Thunder Roar" could not be missing., moment in which Renzo Pasolini's four-cylinder racing 350cc, made available by the collector Luciano Battisti, unleashed all its sound. Then all in the saddle for a traditional ride on the Pesaro hills, to take the panoramic road of Pesaro with the long snake of motorcyclists up to the sixth bend.
Here to wait for the participants well 3 Grand Prix motorcycles from the 1960s: Benelli 350 by Renzo Pasolini, led by 3 times world champion Eugenio Lazzarini; the 350 and the 500 di Jarno Saarinen, the first driven by Luciano Battisti and the second by technician Ivano Balestrieri. An exciting and truly unique moment, for an event that every year attracts thousands of enthusiasts to Pesaro to celebrate the Casa del Leoncino to share the great and unique passion for two wheels.
