"Each pilot a tree"
The project arises in 2023 from an intuition of Paolo Cantarella, President of the Historic Auto Commission ACI Sport

The emotions for motor races merge with the continuous attention for environmental protection in the "Each driver a tree" initiative, launched by Aci and by the forest carabinieri - CC biodiversity grouping.
The project, who had his debut for the 2024 with the formula 1 of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix in Imola, aims to compensate the carbon dioxide generated by the automotive races of eight other races scheduled in the 2024: The Italian Grand Prix of Formula 1 In Monza and seven races that will feature historic cars along the boot.
The forest carabinieri will give 100 trees for each race, who will be resident in the municipalities affected by sports events. The initiative is part of the memorandum of understanding between the ACI and the Carabinieri weapon signed in 2020, which also provides for the promotion of projects in favor of young people in terms of responsible mobility, thus contributing to a more sustainable and safe future.

Paolo Cantarella, President of the ACCI ACCI Commission and has become reality thanks to the commitment of all the structures of the Federation of the Automobile Club of Italy, Together with the organizers of the races, local authorities and forest carabinieri.
Already last year, with the October edition 2023 of the Faro Cup, others had been donated 100 trees that have been planted in the San Bartolo park, Thanks also to the activated collaboration with the Forestry Corps and the Pesaro municipal administration.
As well as al Formula Italian Grand Prix 1 in Monza of 1 September, The initiative will affect the "Valsugana Historic Rally" scheduled for 31 May, The "historical wool rally" in Biella on 21 June, the "Lago Montefiascone" the 23 June, the “Cesana – Sestriere ”the 5 July, The "Guarcino – Campo Catino ”the 6 September, lA “Faro Cup” in Pesaro on 4 October and the "Rally del Brunello" in Montalcino the 29 November.
